Order Processing
- Orders are processed and shipped the same business day when placed before our daily order cutoff time.
- Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays may be processed on the next business day.
- Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been shipped.

Customers may choose from the following delivery methods during checkout:

Express Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

Same-Day Delivery
- Available in select service areas.
- Orders must be placed within the designated delivery window.
- Availability will be shown during checkout.
In-Store Pickup
- Free pickup option available.
- Customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready.
- Please bring your order confirmation email or receipt and a valid photo ID when picking up your order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery method selected
- Package weight and dimensions
- Shipping destination
Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before completing your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the package has been processed by the carrier.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, Cloud Courtesy is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Carrier service interruptions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- High-volume holiday shipping periods
- Circumstances beyond our control
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to modify the delivery address.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
